Position: Pool Manager
Over the years I have worked at White Eagle Golf Club, I have earned a great deal of real life experience. White Eagle Golf Club has 27 holes of golf, full service banquet hall, tennis facilities, as well as a pool Facility. My job was to manage the Pool facilities which includes 34 employees. The pool facilities also included a full service "snack shop" where food was prepared ranging from chicken tenders to grilled cheese, and even rib sandwiches. Three years ago when I started at White Eagle Golf Club, the snack shop at the pool was serving bags of chips, candy, and hot pretzels. I helped to greatly increase the amount of food items available on our menu, as well as becoming more efficient behind the counter.
White Eagle Golf Club specializes in service excellence. We take pride in offering members the best experience possible. In order to complete this task I created a comprehensive training program for all new employees at the Pool Facilities.
My Daily Responsibilities were:
1) Cleanliness of the facilities
2) Chemical Levels
3) Lifeguard Rotations
4) Pump Room Maintenence
5) Ordering of supplies
6) Food Ordering
7) Inventory
8) Service Excellence - Keeping the members happy and satisfied with their experience.
